I am a Certified Athletic Trainer of National Athletic Training Association (NATA) in the United States, and I am currently working as a Personal Trainer in Tokyo, Japan.
My goal of the session is to inform my clients how to maintain your body condition in daily basis. You cannot build a healthy body and life in a day--- It's a habit/routine. You have to
re-educate yourself if you think you're fat or unhealthy--- It is not hard way, it is simple, but you have to realize it.
My training session is based on the concept of CORE PERFORMANCE and FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE from PHI Pilates and NASM PES/CES. You can look at the webstie of these if interested. Also I recommend the
simple meal to keep your diet, not a crazy limitation of food.
